Pilot Information
The 54th Clear Lake Splash-In returns to Lakeport, California, on April 5-7,
2024.We have created a fun-filled, educational weekend for you and your passengers. If you're a pilot,
check out the airplanes
and our schedule.
Non-pilots have plenty of opportunities to enjoy local restaurants, shopping,
wine tasting, the local art scene, and more.
There is a great public park for children nearby where you can enjoy views of the lake while
your kids can run around and play.
Frequencies
Splash-In CTAF/UNICOM is 122.9, manned during display hours only.
We will have radios on our safety / follow-me boat on Saturday, and on-shore at
each ramp.Lampson Field (K1O2) CTAF/UNICOM is 122.8, unmanned. Please make the usual position
announcements. Runway 28 is the calm wind runway, right traffic.
Left traffic for runway 10. Transient parking is on the south side of the runway.
Fuel is on the north side.
Shuttle Service
Local volunteers will provide rides to and from Lampson Field to the motels or the
Splash-In display area.
Event Registration
The Clear Lake Splash-In is a major regional event held in Lakeport, California, organized and
staffed completely by volunteers.
Early bird registration is available and includes participation in the catered dinner for seaplane pilots on Friday, April 5, 2024.
